Whether people choose to believe it or not, 80% of weight loss results come from careful meal planning. Dannie coaches two different methods of food prep and tracking: Healthpointe 2.0 and macros. Each program is custom-tailored to the client's individual needs, depending on the person's work schedule, life, and how they learn and retain information. One program inevitably works better for others and visa versa. If there are medical conditions that affect nutrient absorption, this is also something to consider when choosing a nutrition coach.
Dannie is a certified NASM Sports Nutrition coach. She also has experience with balancing hormones, metabolism, food allergies/adversions, and diet specializations like vegan and vegetarian plans.
